After surviving a near death experience in 1978 from a car accident that put me in a coma for several months as a young girl of 19 years old, I received the healing light and love what is considered a miracle that saved my life. After years of rehabilitation, physical therapy, speech therapy and working through my physical muscular skeletal dislocations, on-going seizures, emotional trauma, and childhood setbacks, I wanted much more than disability for my life and for my daughter's life who was almost three years old at that time. I was on a quiet mission to succeed on the inside. I was full of strength and a fighter mentality along with determination although I didn't share my setbacks or my challenges with anyone. I never wanted anyone to feel bad for me. I just pretended to be in control and that I could handle everything that came my way. I knew I had to do everything in my power to rebuild my body, regain strength and confidence mentally and physically, learn how to walk, talk and re-learn what use to come natural for me. Along with learning about my daughter and being a very young mom. I knew I had to educate myself in order to get my life back in order to be healthier and happier.
When I was 15 years old, my little sister Sandra Dee passed away when she was 9 years old from Cystic Fibrosis. My childhood was all about my little sister's health and keeping her alive. And because of Sandra Dee, I am alive to tell you our story as she continues to guide me with her messages of love & light which is the same love & light that she healed me in my time of coma. And currently, she is helping me write our book of love, light and hope that I can't wait to share with you.
I became a Cosmetologist, inspired by my mom, who was in the beauty industry even though nursing was in my heart from as long as I could remember. I really enjoyed making people look and feel beautiful but most importantly connecting with people that I could help.
Later, I became one of Rhode Island's first Esthetician. I realized then that the health of the hair, skin, body and nails had everything to do with what was going on inside of the body, so I studied and learned everything that applied to Holistic Nutritional Health.
My love for learning continued when I moved to Arizona, there I was introduced into the Healing Arts and the Holistic Approach to Wellness. Getting to the root cause of whatever is troubling you. The whole You.
I was inspired to go on to study Craniosacral Therapy,
Shiatsu and Reflexology to help my clients and my own healing to release pain, and restrictions in the joints, fascia, meridians, increasing circulation and mobility, resulting in better health overall. I felt adding more techniques and skills, I would be able to help manipulate the body to heal faster.
After receiving "amazing" results from a Reiki treatment for a migraine that I had been suffering with, I was grateful that my pain was relieved but surprisingly,
I wasn't inspired to learn another technique to add to my menu, until one night, I had a dream. Honestly. it was the best dream of my life. It was from my little sister Sandra Dee, who had passed on three years prior my car accident. Not too many people know of my story other than my family and some very close friends. Miraculously, my sister was with me, while I was in a coma for those months. I remained with her as long as she allowed me in that incredible bright open light which was the healing light & love. I felt only love. I felt so loved. I wasn't in any pain. I knew I would be in pain when I returned but I was so happy to be with her. She told me, I could not stay with her for too long because so many people needed me on Earth. That I would be needed by so many to heal, to teach others, to coach other's, to give guidance. And that is what I have been doing ever since. Through her connection, I am guided every moment of the day. She gives me loving messages daily, to help myself and to help others.
"I had repressed my story for so long in fear of being judged. In fear of being ridiculed. In fear of skeptics. I no longer feel that way. I feel it's a miracle to be alive. I feel it was and is a gift. I know, feel, sense, hear my calling to help others the way I was helped & healed. That I have released all judgements of myself and other's.
I listen within through Meditation, EFT, Energy Healing, Energy Balancing, Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing.
I am able to share this with you all of what I have learned that helped me on my journey to help you on yours.

It is through her guidance, inspiration and love that I have received my certification as a Reiki Master on all levels. I also have learned that the light and love I connected with during my training is the very same light and love I experienced while I was in my coma.
I was healed from the Divine, the Higher Power, God, whatever you want to call it. I see that light & love. I see the light & love in you as well.

Reiki has activated that light within me again. For me, Sandra Dee's, my sister /soul guidance. For me, learning, Reiki was like going back home to where I experienced the light and love in 1978 car accident.
I am guided to serve you on your healing inner beauty & wellness journey. Through my own challenges, obstacles, and feelings of many times of almost quitting, I was able to find the strength and determination to succeed, even if is was only to bend over to tie my shoes again. I still did it. And you can too!
